Bravo to them honestly!

I took the Lexus in for the 20k service, the service advisor immediately attended to me when I got there because I made an appointment and showed up on time.

When we examined my car and told him what I wanted, he knew exactly what I was talking about!

I told him that my Exhaust system is modified, he said "Yes I can see, no problem sir"

I told him that my sprigs are aftermarket, he said "yes I can see, we will check the camber settings of your car and check the shock absorbers just to make sure you know if there's any problems"

I told him that my brakes are upgraded, he replied "yes sir, we will only clean them for you, are the pads new? If so, we will check them to make sure it's all good"

I also told him that my air filter is aftermarket, he replied "ok sir, we will only clean it"

I was out of there in max 7 minutes.

I get a call the enxt day saying the car is ready, it was also taken to Ziebart for full interior and exterior cleaning and polishing!

Bill was BD170, 40 dinars discount to 130.

The treatment I got was worth every penny!

the Plaza looks amazing EK :up2: testahloon

but, i gotta say the new Lexus showroom in Sitra is below expectations for such a brand. dont get me wrong, but i think the design of the building doesnt suit this luxury logo.

The fact that EK Kanoo set up the regional training center in Bahrain was enough to show the Middle East how good they are!

I pray all the success for you guys, because we can only be proud as Bahrainies because of what Kanoo have done!

Designo, can you tell us what exactly they did for the 130BD (after discount)? cuz many people will give a head job for just 50BD :D so I think that they've done alot more right? I eman more than cleaning the air filter, pads and checking camber?

I wish NISSAN almoayyed dealer would do half of these things ..If NISSAN japan sees our nissan dealer here, I'm pretty sure they would take the dealership from them

The last time I was there to buy some seals for the GT-R, the guys at the counter were watching the qualifying match between Bahrain vs new zealand and didn't finish up my request until it was Half time

Never faced any issues with toyota but I wonder why the system where when we bring our car in for work, another car is not given like with BMW or Mercedes.

Never faced any issues with toyota but I wonder why the system where when we bring our car in for work, another car is not given like with BMW or Mercedes.

i wish we can offer that , but there is a differnce in our case
if the car is going to the workshop for warranty issue or a recall on a part , we will offer you a replacement car
but if the car is going for service , we cant do that
let me tell you why ? the number of toyota and lexus sold per year in bahrain is 10 times more than both those two car manufactures you listed above
the dealer that supply car for mostly any service , is a dealer that may have a big stock of trade in car or demo fleet
if we service for example 120 lexus a day and give say 60 lexus for replacement , i would then have to charge you way more in labor
inshalla now and in near future in our other branches we will try our best to recieve the car and deliver on the same day by doing that we will solve the replacement issue
i hope you understand

i still remember your comment about a lexus is300 service were you believe the service was over priced for that particular service
i'm willing to explain to you by detail , each element and how is it charged and will compare apple to apple with gcc lexus countries or a luxury automobile dist
if we find out the price is higher and you think , you are not convinced i will pay you back your service , or offer a free service next time
what do you think

i do understand that parts are priced differently between one car and another, but it still shouldn't cost as much.

i don't know if you ever took your GTR for service at the dealership or not, but they charge you as if you own a bank for just changing some fluids + filter cleaning.. << that, to you and me doesn't make all the sense, since the fluids shouldn't cost that much + filter cleaning shouldn't be as hard as overhauling..

money is not the issue here, it's the price.

and thanks for your offer.. :)

i took my gtr once to the dealer , to change the trans oil , left out the garage with paying bd 980
and a letter saying my car lost the warranty

All I can say is what EKK is doing in Bahrain is one of a kind and I know they are the bench mark for all the other Toyota and Lexus dealers in the GCC and now the world.

Even the quick service I believe was Bahrain idea and copied to the other countries......All your facilities are really state of the art and advanced no doubt T and L will always be the best cars because of EKK

All the best.....
