Boolean Algebra!

Do they still use Boolean Equations in Micro-Electronics thse days? I am looking for the software that can support this along with an OS patch that can support Microsoft cockpit logic design programming!

This program requires windows 3.31, but I know there is a patch for the latest OS which allows this program to run. But I can't find this patch.

Also, I need to know if I can use Borlan C++ on this patch?

you can always emulate the program on windows 7 to run on 3.13 support.. plus another option is to use vmware, where you can have a virtual pc and add whatever os you need without worrying about the medium its self as most 3.1.3s were floppy.. if you need stuff let me know i can get you few things..
