Sorry to disappoint JDM lovers but this one has LSX not 2JZ


Adam Gier came to us with a request to purchase one of our Twin Turbo Warrior LS Twin Turbo Series engines. We built it for him and shipped it off. Business as usual, right?

Well, as it turns out, what makes this so unique is Adam sandwiched the 427 cubic inches of American Twin Turbo iron into his Toyota Supra!

Adam complained was that the 2jz motor he had in the Supra was just too unreliable. After researching turbo motors, he decided that NRE would need to get involved. Take a look at the results of this car as he is dialing in the chassis. These runs were made with the boost set at only 16psi. If you fiqure he has a max of 38 psi, it gives you a good idea of just how powerful one of our turbo packages are.

my supra also did 230 km in 5.19s , with 3.0l single turbo ( white supra ) when i ran 8.0 stock diff
when i ran 7.9 i did 5.24 , with 9 inch diff

50 runs doing that kind of time , no way
maybe 5 to 8 runs if you are lucky
but the v8 engine is a monster + 2 big turbos against a small 3.0l a small cubic engine with single turbo
that car is a back half as well

for the same rwhp, the lsx (if built right) is going to be more reliable because it will need less boost to reach 1300whp. The 2jz engine can handle more boost, but not more hp.

i read a post where a zo6 427ci single turbo made 1225whp on 15 psi with a 91mm turbo t6 housing. you can't find a supra doing that with 15 psi. LSX block is rated to 2500hp.
