Does anyone else have this problem with their Lexus? When I picked up the car from the showroom at the time of purchase, I had to wait for them to finish polishing it. I got into the car and drive off but realised there was wax in 2 location at the egde of my hood towards my wipers. I thought it was just extra wax they didn't remove and ignored it completely until about a week passed by...
Then I looked carefully and noticed that the reason why wax was stuck there was becasue the paint was chipped! It seems that the wipers hit the hood when yo ulift them to clean the windshield!
I cannot seem to adjust the position of the wipers as I heard that there is a feature for "snow mode" or something! Does anyone know how to move the wipers higher so they don't hit the hood when lifted?? I was also surprised that the cleaning guys at Lexus didn't even realise that!
I keep forgetting to ask the garage to sort it out but maybe someone here can help before I take it there?
Here are some pics!
Thanks

Thank God for Internet Forums! Just went out and figured it out! ( it's not written in the manual either )
Someone should show my video to the Toyota polishing monkeys! Maybe they can learn a few things!

Touchup the hood before it rust not worth painting all of it for a hidden place.
You can do it in my humble garage any time + no shawarma needed :)

No answers for me Mr. Kanoo?
Do you install aftermarket parts on Lexus cars? I wish you had told me earlier, I would have installed everything at Kanoo.
Waiting for your answer! My body kit should be here soon! I need to know bro!
