you were asking about the tear effict well i dont do that its a ready printed decal hand drawn by an artist for cars i modified his work to make the one with the bahrain flag for my car!

i just love how yer able to get that look for the bumper, might just save that pic for future refrence if i were to get a new bumper :).

one more thing do u use the hue or saturate before you paint over, or just ctrl+l and then adjust till u get the right color?
