Lexus to Reveal All-New Lexus GS Luxury Sport Sedan at Pebble Beach

TORRANCE, Calif., Aug. 4, 2011 – Lexus will reveal the all-new GS 350 mid-size luxury sport sedan on Thursday, August 18th in conjunction with the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

The fourth-generation GS has been completely redesigned, inside and out, and will feature the brand’s new design philosophy, with styling cues such as a distinctive new front grille, that will soon be seen on all future Lexus vehicles. The new GS will also lead the rest of the Lexus lineup in an entirely new direction of driving dynamics.

“Today, buyers in the mid-size luxury segment want a more engaging driving experience, styling that makes a statement, and a roomier interior package,” said Mark Templin, Lexus group vice president and general manager. “With the all-new GS, we’re giving them what they asked for, and more.”

The Lexus press conference will take place on Thursday, August 18th at 4:15 p.m. PDT at Parc du Concours near The Lodge at Pebble Beach.

i saw the car in person , trust me its beautiful not because we sell them but i'm honest when it comes to car loool

if you see it you will love it , the quality is way better than before , the interior is amazing the ride quality i give it 5 star

it has 4ws , it has a new device if you accelarate you feel like driving a v8 it sound device coming from engine bay

i love the side profile and front the back is not bad it will grow with time

4 models will be availble

gs250 , gs350 , gs450 and gsf

gs250 v6 like the current is250 motor

gs350 v6 308 or 309 hp direct fuel injection

gs 450 v6 hybrid i think 350 hp i could be wrong but within that range

now with gsf i know you can get the f package like m package with bmw , which is wheels body kit and suspension and brakes

but the motor to tell you the truth i have no clue , but the f version will be launched in about 2 month at this year sema show

regarding the rear it looks like is and ls hundai copied lexus

it has ls exhaust and ls rear bumper and is lights maybe the middle light okay i agree

wait until the final car which will be launched tomorrow at 3am bahrain time

ohh and keep your 460 it will be a rare car to find there are few in bahrain and middle east

it will be like the old 540 in 1993 when few were made with v8

Its nice, but not super nice. The interior looks very good too but there are always those little small things that i dislike in all JDM interiors....The switches and buttons are the same buttons you see in their least expensive Toyota range.

i dont know what to expect bass the yen japanese currency is getting stronger day by day

bass i think it wont exceed 25 if more than that , i tell you its not worth it

we used to sell gs460 for 22500 to 23500 the car has about 30 more feature than the current gs460

so 25,000 looks good the japanese currency yen is 76 to the dollar lets just hope it gets weaker to 90 or 100 if it goes to 95 or 100 it wont exceed 23 for sure

the car will arrive by feb globally
