i loved what MS did with the interface and speed and properties
They simplify the OS and standardize the interface Phone OS, Xbox new interface + windows 8

i called dealer
they said they might have it in mid feb .
but its out few weeks ago in all world

yes it has IE9

no nokia has no apps its the windows who have apps yes
they started the apps in Xbox 1st like apple appe store and they hand in free SDK for anyone who wanna develope
also now SDK is there free for who wanna create apps for MS Windows 8
now the Windows 7 phone has it too

this nokia has Widnows 7.5 OS (Mango)

try to download windows 8 beata try it out or download xbox new interface and try it out .

i use 7 , 7 nice , but 8 is out standing . dont use 7 , download 8 and install it ona virtual machine to check it out , the demo is free

wp7 is not yet released as an official OS for arab countries
I brought mine from the US, i am using Sammy Focus, the phone never fails to impress me, though it has some draw backs such as official arabic
support, but you can download arab hub anyway

and regarding expansys, yes it is trust able (the US site, I dont know about the one in UAE), but if i were you, I would go with handtec.co.uk; as they dont take VAT tax since the phone will be shipped to the ME

if i were you, i would wait for the Lumia900, or the Lumia910, they will be released soon with a larger screen, and the 910 with a 12MP shooter

Nokia had apps for well over 10 years now! It only lacked a proper app store till recently.
In fact, the Nokia store currently has over 100,000 apps.

So yes, shockingly, apple didn't invent the installable apps on smartphones!

Agreed, and just to add, reports showed that Nokia shipped the largest number of phones compared to other companies in 2011, mostly their dual chips in south Asia

so the phone arrived 2 days ago
so here a rev :-

Packaging:-
Not bad at all small compact box almost similar to iPhone box it comes with charger , headset , manual , and rubber protector. but it don’t come with any software or drivers for mac or pc , it must be downloaded.

The Phone quality:-
It was one of the best Nokia i ever had my last nokia was communicator lol , it feels nice when u hold it or press any button on the sides .

Starting the phone:-
ahhh what i can say it was NOT ENGELISH hahah the phone came from France so i gotta select the phone language during the start up but it was not easy i restarted the phone few times till i found the proper option .
what i loved the most is the integrations between the phone and Xbox live as i can see all my xbox live friends i even can play Xbox Live Arcade games and add gaming achievement to my gaming score on xbox live . I also loved the SkyDrive where i store my documents which is very nicely done with the MS. Office thats comes with the phone.
Of course i set up my facebook account and twitter so i can see the news feeds on my phone main page as it also integrated with my own calendar and phone book (not new but cool) .
Camera quality very very nice its a win to nokia 8 mp .


am testing it more and ill come with more words , time to load my own software’s :)

Today : Whatsup messenger released for WindowsPhone.
I downloaded it , its free .
Its out standing comparing to BlackBerry and Iphone version .

Its still too early for the phone to be released in ME because Arabic support not yet released it will be released in 2nd mid of 2012 .
as well the market place restricted as it used ZUNE . some how i manage my away around Zune i working more user friendly than ever and itunes .

Also i noticed you can locate , lock , or erase your phone remotely using www.windowsphone.com ( apple also have the same thing with Icloud )

SmartDJ feature
When you downloaded some songs or music
e.g i use to download david gutta and and some other dj's and while playing them , click on SmartDJ the phone will start downloading songs similer to the song you r playing and when your song finishes it plays the song it downloaded jut to listen i mean you cant save it , its more like Radio DJ , keeps playing your songs theme non stop .
