Help needed

my dad owns a 1995 Jeep grand cherokee and it has a Accl 8mm wires,splitfire pluges and K&N air filter, it waz runing good but not any more. Now it max speed it 160-150 :motz2: and i feel that the transmission need an over hole or somthing...and if it needs an overhole i would like to upgrade it in the same time soo what kind of stuff do i need to upgrade the trns.

exhaust systems do wonders for cherokee's my friend had one and it used to fly :bigok:

cherokee with exhust, u well like it walla.
we have a cherokee with original sound sound and i like it, and i wish to fix an exhust but its my sister car , so not nice

can i get any exhust system with out a loud sound caz in the end its my father car..
