i think u need the latest codec for the media clip to be played.. search for divx codec's on the net and download the latest one (if ur trying to play a divx movie) if not, windows media player or RealOne should download the data needed to play it automatically

staind is right. u probably need the latest codec for the files u downloaded.
i need to know a few things...

1- which program are u using?
2- what kind of files are u trying to watch? (.avi, .mpeg etc)
3- where did u get them from? (if u downloaded movies etc from places like kazaa etc then u most probably need certain codecs)

the most probable codec u might need is the div-x codec... most movies and stuff use that format now. if its something downloaded from our site 75% of the time u probably dont need a codec. anyway to start off with search yahoo.com for "divx codec", and install it. let me know if u need anymore help.
