They SO can't close it .. ! They can block access to it but that's only if they find out about it and if they have a justifiable reason to, otherwise they can't do crap about it ..!

Back in 1997 I had a few web-sites. Some of those sites would automatically redirect the surfer to another web-site I created that gave the surfer the impression that he/she got disconnected and re-prompted him/her with a reconnection dial-up window. When the user would enter his/her connection details, they get the impression that they got connected again and the username/password combination would get sent to my e-mail

Batelco only found out about this a few months later and blocked access to the web-site, the had no authority to close it!

This is an issue I brought up with one of the other forums regarding website hosting benefits and registrative advantages.

The concept is very simple. If you are paynig a subscriptive fee to a web hosting vendor, and you wish to utilise it for the purpose attracting browsers from different parts of the world, and probably even when admins concentrate more on the local community, and then you bring in sponsors to advertise and act as authorised vendors in which they provide their services through your forums, then ministry of information, or probably even ministry of commerce would want you to register with them for legality and authenticity of practice reason.

Do not be surprised if fees and registration charges apply in the near future.
